Qualifications and experience

Alan joined Radiant Financial Group in February 2021. He previously worked as Head of FP&A at Addison Lee Group, where he developed and supported the business through its sale process and subsequent bank led takeover in March 2020. Prior to this he has held senior financial planning roles as The Regard Group, Complete Cover Group and Bupa.

Outside of work Alan enjoys playing and watching sports - especially cricket. Alan also loves spending time with his family and their pet dog.
