Sam is the Head of Mergers & Acquisitions at Radiant Financial Planning

Qualifications and experience

Sam joined Radiant Financial Group in April 2024 with over 10 years of experience working in the Financial Services sector. He started his career at KPMG where he qualified as a Chartered Accountant whilst working in the firms deal advisory and restructuring teams. This was followed by a move to a top 30 UK commercial insurance broker, Clear Insurance Management, supporting the business’ acquisition strategy at the beginning of its new phase of investment from Goldmans Sachs. Sam is responsible for supporting Radiant’s long-term M&A strategy and will also assist with internal initiatives as the Group aims to build and deploy further value creative capabilities.

About Sam

Outside of work, Sam enjoys his sports and plays football with friends regularly. He also completed the 2021 London Marathon as well as the 2023 London to Brighton Bike Ride whilst raising money for Rays of Sunshine and the British Heart Foundation in the process.
