Steven has over 35 years industry experience, both as a regulated adviser and senior manager responsible for the compliant delivery of sustainable, immediate and on-going, profitable income streams. This has involved managing a wide range of experienced regulated advisers, including recruitment and maintaining competency in line with the regulators guidelines. Due to the geographical nature of certain businesses, this has involved efficient time management as well as meaningful efficient communication methods.
