Tess is Head of Advice Standards

Qualifications and experience

Tess has over 30 years of experience in financial services, predominantly as a financial planner as well as managing and developing financial planners. She has worked across a range of settings, including major banks, accountancy firms and private banks. Recently leading the creation and delivery of the Financial Advice proposition at Redmayne Bentley. Tess is a Fellow of the Personal Finance Society, a Chartered Financial Planner and STEP Affiliate. She also holds a BA (Hons) in Financial Services Management.
