Qualifications and experience

Will is Head of HR and is responsible for maintaining a positive employee experience within Radiant. Will has prior experience in growing SaaS business in both the automotive finance and aviation industries, during the COVID pandemic, he completed a MA in Strategic HRM part time and became CIPD qualified, later becoming a chartered member in 2025. He is passionate about building a great company culture and creating an engaging, enjoyable workplace.

He thrives on listening to people, solving problems, and turning ideas into action. With a process‑driven approach and a background in tech, he loves collaborating to automate manual tasks and free up time for what truly matters.

About Will

Will lives in Staffordshire and enjoys travelling to new places, including an annual trip abroad to explore different theme parks. He is an enthusiastic fan of film, gaming and board games and also enjoys going to gigs with friends, with the occasional visit to the gym.
